BOSSA NOVA
Gero was hired by a construction company and developer from Belém-PA to manage the construction of two residential towers.
With more than fifteen thousand square meters of built area, each tower has 12 typical floors, with 4 apartments
for walking.
For this project, we carry out budgeting, planning and monitoring, in addition to preparing spreadsheets and monitoring the measurement of financing with Banco do Brasil.
