HEART HOSPITAL

We had the opportunity to manage the construction of the 12-story building with a metallic structure and a glass skin facade. This development adds up to 7,200 m2 of built area.

The work of Hospital do Coração is totally innovative for the North region, as it works with the use of "lean" construction techniques, some of which are:

📌 Metal structure;
📌 Steel deck slabs;
📌 Prestressed concrete beams;
📌 Bus-way electrical supply system;
📌 Reuse of rainwater;
📌 Glass skin in much of the building;
📌 External seals in cement board;
📌 Internal fences in drywall.

In this project, in addition to carrying out the planning, Eunos remained physically on site for daily monitoring, generating monthly and weekly schedules, in addition to the monthly indicator evaluation report.

Thus, it was possible to optimize the project process and the construction methodology for a delivery of excellence.
